Membership Terms and Conditions
YOUR USE OF THE CHRISTIAN NETWORK ENTERPRISES SITE CONSTITUTES YOUR AGREEMENT TO BE BOUND BY THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
C.N.E. websites provide: dating services for all ages above 18, classified advertising, Christian attorneys, employment services, Christian businesses registry, directory for: hotel’s, hospitals, universities, restaurants, Christian support groups, Christian churches and many others. The following terms and conditions are applicable all sites.
This is a legal and binding agreement ("Agreement") between you and Christian Networking Enterprises (C.N.E.). C.N.E. hereby agrees to offer and/or sell its services and you agree to use such services under the terms and conditions mentioned herein. If you do not agree to the Terms and Conditions, you are not permitted to become a member.
I understand and agree that my publicly posted information such as “statements of information” and “Profiles” will be viewed by other members and non-members of the above sites.
Online (off-line) Conduct:
You are solely responsible for the content and information that you publish or display (hereinafter, "statement of information") on the C.N.E.
Members may not misuse any of the web sites of the C.N.E. in the way that might undermine its integrity and credibility. C.N.E. will not, under any circumstances aid, hear, defend, listen to, or comment on any complaints from members concerning other members with whom they have entered into a third party financial or business arrangement (It is against C.N.E.’ policy). C.N.E. and all of its sites do not endorse any transaction between the individuals, organizations or members.
Any use of C.N.E. names, identification or logos, must be authorized by the corporate officer in writing or by digital signature agreement.
In no event, in any communication available on our website including but not limited to via telephone, cell phone, text message, instant message system, email, blog, chat room, posting or any other means you may use , any defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, obscene, profane, offensive, sexually oriented, threatening, harassing, racially offensive, illegal or immoral material or any material that infringes or violates another party's rights (including, but not limited to, intellectual property rights C.N.E. and rights of privacy and publicity).
C.N.E., reserves the right to increase or decrease membership prices and subscriptions without posting.
You will not transmit any solicitation, chain letters or junk E-mail to other members.
You will not post, distribute or reproduce in any way any copyrighted material, trademarks, or other proprietary information without obtaining the prior written consent of the Corporate Officer of such proprietary rights.
C.N.E. does not guarantee accuracy of information and advertisement posted on its websites. Opinions given by C.N.E.’ staff are not professional statements directly attributed to problem solving or resolving conflicts among/or between third parties and/or members.
C.N.E., reserves the right to reject and or cancel memberships unilaterally without reasons given.
Indemnity:
You as an individual member or organization will indemnify and hold harmless C.N.E. and its websites, its staff, directors, employees and agents, for any losses, costs, liabilities or expenses (including, but not limited to reasonable attorneys’ fee) relating to or arising out of your use. Such indemnification shall include but not limited to any unauthorized software tampering, possible down site(s) / server, damages caused by individuals that have damaging preconceived ideas with ulterior motives or any breach by you of the terms of this Agreement.
Any and all formal complaints shall be in writing to C.N.E. headquarters. The chat rooms and all other interactive areas of the website are strictly for the use of individual members (as specified in the Membership packages).
Online Content:
C.N.E. does not make any representations or warranties for the validities of “statement of information”, “personal profiles”, martial’s status, religion or any other information included. C.N.E. is indemnified from any liability pertaining to member’s status including, dating, marriages, divorces and/or any other business activities between the members.
C.N.E. does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information on the website and neither adopts nor endorses nor is responsible for the accuracy or reliability of any opinion, advice or statement made on any portion of the website. Under no circumstances will C.N.E. be responsible for any loss or damage resulting from anyone's reliance on information or contents posted.
While we do not and cannot review every “statement of information” or messages sent by users of the website and are not responsible for contents, we reserve the right, to delete, move content or cancel memberships in our sole discretion. You shall remain solely responsible for the content of “statement of information”, profiles, public postings and messages you may transmit or record to the website.
Membership programs and fees:
Each C.N.E. web site posts its own membership fees separately. Please refer to each individual site packages.
If your membership is not accepted, it will be canceled and you will receive a full refund without any deductions. You also have the right to switch, change, put on hold or cancel your membership by giving C.N.E. a three (3) day written notice by mail, fax or email. C.N.E. has the right to charge your account for only the applicable Membership Fees, which you have accepted when submitted your online application.
The fees will be charged for membership, in advance (unless otherwise noted) to your credit card according to the package selected. There may be additional charges in regards to other features / benefits that are not included with the membership packages. Additional charges may be assessed per the items described. For security purposes, you agree that your benefits under your membership package will not be transferred to anyone else including but not limited to your family members, friends or coworkers.
In case of any dispute in regards to charges, you agree to try to resolve the issue by contacting C.N.E. directly by email, mail, fax or phone before contacting or resorting to other measures. You further agree not to be in direct competition or conflict with C.N.E. and/or its affiliated sites that are listed on www.ChristiansNetworking.com.
Usage of other people’s credit card:
C.N.E. does not accept credit or debit cards from a third party. This means that the new members cannot use credit or debit cards other than their own. The waver consideration of this issue by C.N.E. requires the third party's signed written authorization, referring to the card holder's full name, address and contact information, first 4 digits and the last 4 digits of the account on the credit/debit card used for the transaction, card's expiration date and the selected membership package. Information will be accepted only via fax: (310) 465-0031 or by mail: C.N.E., 15901 Hawthorne Blvd., Suite 480-A, Lawndale, CA 90260 Attn: Christian Singles Billing Department. Authorizations sent via email will not be accepted.
The written authorization must state the duration of the approval to avoid recurring charges on the credit/debit card as the membership is renewed.
The third party herein is referred to, but not limited to the new member's relatives, friends, Corporations or other legal entities.
Members of C.N.E.:
We pray for the Christian individuals and Corporate Executives that will join our Networking and its affiliated sites. We believe in 2 Corinthians 6:14-18 "Do not be yoked together with unbelievers".
At C.N.E., we hope that you ask, seek and knock. "Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you. For everyone who asks receives; he who seeks finds; and to him who knocks, the door will be opened" (Matthew 7:7-12). "Have faith in God. Whatever you '(as a C.N.E. member)' ask for in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours." (Mark 11:22-24)
C.N.E. does not guarantee future results in any of its sites.
As a new member, you promise that you will not worry about the future results. "Do not worry about your life". "Who of you by worrying can add a single hour to your life?" (Luke 12:22-26)
As a new member, you promise that you will not judge others. "You have no excuse to pass judgment on someone else, for at whatever point you judge the others, you are condemning yourself, because you who pass judgment do the same things." (Romans 2:1-4)
Press on towards your goal by doing business with other Christians through our network. "Forgetting what is behind and straining toward what is ahead". (Philippians 3:12-16)
We hope that you will be patient with all our sites and make mistakes, as no one is perfect and some of the sites may still be under construction or development. "Be patient, then brothers, until the Lord’s coming. See how the farmer waits for the land to yield its valuable crop and how patient he is for autumn and spring rains. You too, be patient and stand firm, because the Lord’s coming is near". (James 5:7-9)
We request that you, as a member, help us by reporting any incidents, including but not limited to: suspicious activities related to drugs, money or sex solicitations, political influences, illegal transactions, hackers, members with proven criminal records and all types of pornography related issues. You agree to pay any and all charges posted on the site, which are related to your selected package(s) without any dispute. C.N.E. reserves the right to refuse and/or remove a membership as mentioned in our removal policy.
C.N.E. does not guarantee results through its sites.
Policy for removal or cancellation of members:
C.N.E. and its affiliate sites reserve the right to refuse and/or remove a member solely based on internal documents that may prove one or any combination of the reason(s) listed below:
- Any member that is under the age of 18 (including teenagers without parental permission).
- Any member/owner who does not adhere to our biblical principles (Articles of Faith).
- Any incomplete application or purposely altered data.
- Any use of statements that are racial, sexual or offensive to the public.
- Any failure to provide updated information by email or mail.
- Any inappropriate solicitations other than those approved material by C.N.E.
- Any person that is seeking to cheat, steals, hurt, condemn or sabotage others.
- Any person / Company that alters the products or services on the site after the initial approval.
- Any direct competition with existing sites of C.N.E. as to be determined by C.N.E. staff.
C.N.E. may choose not to disclose to the member the reason(s) for which a termination has been based.
Refund Policy:
C.N.E. has a NO REFUND POLICY. It states that there will not be refund(s) given at any time. It is your responsibility to cancel your membership if you do not wish your credit card to be charged.
All membership fees are automatically charged in advance and posted to your account per your selected membership package on a recurring basis, unless you cancel your membership. Once your written notice is received your account will be cancelled and there will be NO refunds for unused membership period. The cancellation notice does not grant or in any way imply a refund.
FULL REFUNDS will be given in the following cases:
- Any fraud on behalf of the member, with proof transmitted by the Credit Card Company, credit union or bank.
- Any error on our part in overcharging.
- Any duplicate submissions.
- Any other case(s) on its merit(s) under submission and approved by C.N.E.
Beyond these conditions, requests for refunds will be at our sole discretion and will be reviewed on a member to member basis.
Hereby you agree to not resort to any claims for charge back through your credit card company or your bank and that once your application is accepted and approved by C.N.E., there will be no refunds for the entire period of the membership. You can exchange your package for a different type of package and/or benefit(s) so long as the additional charges (if any) are adjusted, prorated or paid. Any further changes during this period would first have to be consented to and by C.N.E. unless otherwise noted as additional charges may be assessed per the related application of the site(s).
Privacy policy for C.N.E. members:
Please be reminded that we are a Christian Network enterprise and expect all activities to be performed under the highest degree of integrity and honesty. C.N.E. wants the members to feel safe. Our data collection separates as to what is "private" and what is "public" information. Our goal is to protect your private information in our secure site. Your data, under no circumstance, will be given to a third party website or marketing firm.
Our security and privacy policies are periodically reviewed and enhanced as necessary. You can review our private policy by referring to the Privacy Policy section of each site.
Limitation of Liability:
In no event will C.N.E. is liable (i) to you for any incidental, consequential or indirect damages (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of data, loss of programs, loss of statement of information or profile, lost profits, cost of procurement of substitute services or service interruptions) (ii) to any third party other than you.
In addition, C.N.E. disclaims all liability, regardless of the form of action, for the acts or omissions of other members or users (including, but not limited to, unauthorized users, or "hackers").

Each web site could be found by different key words. www.ChristianSingles.com could be found by using the following keywords: Christian single, Christian dating, Christian chat, Christian dating services, blind date, free classified, relationship advice, Christian marriage, Christian chat rooms, single dating, date love match, Christian dating services, Christian woman, personal ad, dating, Christian man, free classified ads, personal relationship, Christian matchmaker, date idea, free dating service, free dating, love relationship, Christian singles, interracial dating, Christian relationship, Christiansingles.com.
Termination:
Either you or C.N.E. may terminate your membership at anytime, for any reason, effective upon sending a 3 day written notice to the other party. C.N.E. management reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate your access, without notice, upon any breach of this Agreement by you which is brought to its attention.
Your membership is for your sole, personal use. You may not authorize others to use your membership and you may not assign or otherwise transfer your account to any other person or entity.
This Agreement is final:
This agreement is a full recourse agreement. The Membership Terms and Conditions of Use are governed in accordance with the laws of the State of California of the United States of America and any action arising out of or relating to these terms shall be filed only in The State or federal courts located in California and you hereby consent and submit to the applicable jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of litigating any such action. If any part of this agreement is proven to be unenforceable in any State or Country, the remaining parts shall remain enforceable.
Lawsuits among believers are not permitted by C.N.E. standards. "If you have disputes about such matters, appoint as judges even men of little account in the Church". (1 Corinthians 6:1-8)
Any dispute(s) regarding to this agreement, which cannot be settled by the parties, shall be first submitted for final arbitration (in The United States) to U.S. Chamber Of Commerce in Washington, D.C. and (in Europe, Asia and Middle East) to "Chamber Du Commerce Et De L’Industrie De Geneve" in Geneva, Switzerland or Paris France.
Acceptance of the Agreement:
Although, at this time, signing this agreement by you in person is not possible, by clicking “Yes” on submission electronically, you have agreed and acknowledged that you have read, understood and agreed to comply with the Terms and Conditions of the membership Agreement and you are hereby accepting this Agreement.
Hereby you represent that in the State or the Country that you are living, you are considered to be within the legal age group. You have read the entire Agreement and understand and accept all aspects of this legally binding Agreement.
Simply let your "Yes" be "Yes", and your "No" be "No". "Anything beyond this comes from the evil one" (Matthew 5:37)

The Terms and Conditions of this Agreement are subject to change by C.N.E. at any time, without notice.
I UNDERSTAND, UNLESS I ACCEPT THIS AGREEMENT, I WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AS A MEMBER.
