I hope u never decide to prevent your system from allowing your members access to all your members from around the world. While marrying someone from another country isn't for the vast majority (and I'm sure u have heard of some of the horror stories as have I) it has been both an adventure (which indeed is just beginning) and a total blessing for me. If some of your members have problems and complain please don't penalize all the rest. Instead let each couple investigate and learn for themselves. Both myself and my wife to be (as we are to be married on July 14th 2004) did. Your computer brought up a profile randomly and it was a perfect match. When I answered it half heartedly I had no idea that anything would come out of it. Needless to say it did and I now will shortly have a wonderful family out of it. Doug emailed me on February 10, 2002. We emailed a couple of times and then he found my phone number and called to warn me not to open an email from him, as his computer had a virus! Yah right! :-)  Five hours later, we hung up having agreed to meet on April 5 - when he planned to be passing thru Montana on his way to visit his brother in Seattle. Doug lived in Wyoming - 650 miles away.  After phone conversations lasting for several hours each nite, we decided we needed to meet sooner than we had originally planned. We knew this was a 'God-thing' before we ever met, but then ... one really should meet before committing long-term. We were married the day we had originally agreed to meet - April 6, 2002 and I moved to Wyoming to live with my new husband, after an awesome honeymoon to Canada.  We just celebrated our second anniversary and our love grows deeper and deeper with each passing day.  We don't suggest everyone move as fast as we did - yet there were multitudes of evidence that our union was from the Lord and we moved forward in confidence.  Our faith and commitment to the Lord continues to surge forward and we want to thank you very much for being here to allow the Lord to use your organization to bring us together.    Vonnie 4/27/04

Mark emailed me on May 11th,2001, I didnt email back untill May 27th. We met on June 2nd of that year. I was attending Real Estate School and He was a General Contractor... that day I went to work with him, studied for my exam and helped him with a few repairs to an appt he was working in. We went to breakfast and then to his house to meet his mom and then to work... We had a good day that day. What was more romantic was going back to his moms to have supper on the front deck overlooking the valley, it was lovely, food was great too , as was the company... We saw eachother weekly or more. I was in an accident on July 1st that year that broke my leg in three places and shattered my ankle, Mark was there for me and when in the hospital he proposed... I said Yes... He said someday he would ask more proper like... Jokingly my mom said I could back out as I was under the influence of pain drugs, but I didnt, he brought me roses and treated me real sweet and he spent all his free time pushing me arround in a wheelchair for a long time to come... Well he did propose in Aug and we got Married Sept 11th that year... We found out in Nov. that I was pregnant with our first daughter " Faith" in Aug 2002, We have now another daughter " Hope " and we live on a small farm and raise mini nubian dairy goats. www.faithfulacres.com We have been blessed of the Lord and wanted you to know that we met here on Christian Singles. Angel, 28, mailed me, 34 in november 2001, due to my profile on Christian Singles. we emailed for 3 weeks, then began speaking on the phone several hours each evening. I lived in southern VA, she in middle PA. we arranged our first meeting At the end of december. She flew to see me for a couple of days. I drove to see her in mid January in PA. After meeting her parents & she mine, we began to realize that God had brought us together. The more time we spent together the stronger he made our relationship. We prayed often together, mostly thanking him for using Christian Singles to bring us together. By march 2001, we knew we were meant to be. There was no doubt about it. And in April we were married. There was no reason not to. When you know, you know! We have now been married almost 2 yrs. This blessed time has been wonderful. The love God has given us is very strong. We are best friends & more. Charles messaged me on June 24th 2003. A week later we were talking on the phone. He was supposed to be deployed to Iraq a few days later and that got postponed. So he immediately bought a plane ticket to come see me. Instantly we knew. He has been deployed for a month now and we are planning our wedding for May 2004. That was a timely subject in your July newsletter about Judging Others. I, myself is guity of that negative attitude but with God's help I can overcome it and seal mouth before making judgement to others. Passing judgment to others even without knowing the truth or the circumstance behind, is one of the easiest way to do. "There is none righteous no not one" as what the bible says, that's why why we can as Christian should always be careful in what we say to others. That was good reminder to all of us, it really touches my heart and thank you for making it the subject of this month's newsletter.

Yes I met my soul mate on the site. He sent me a e-mail on the 25th of Feb. and I didn't return it until Feb. 31 because, I was so frustrated with the site, because I had sent e-mails and I was just ignored, so when I received his I took my time to return it. I was so glad that I did because, he is all that I had prayed for. The Lord has blessed me richly because he is a wonderful man. We emailed for a while then I gave him my number at we talked and got to know each other better. I think that we got to know each other better this way then if we were together all the time.
