SWEEPSTAKES RULES

Giveaway Period:  ChristianSingle.com digital camera giveaway holiday promotion (the "Promotion", also known as (Refer a Friend) begins at 12:00:01 a.m.  Pacific Time (PT) on December 7, 2008 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. (PT) on January 7, 2009 (the "giveaway period").

How To Enter: During the promotion Period, as a member of Christian Commitments Corp., you must refer a friend to join www.ChristianSingles.com.  Referred friend must complete the membership application, purchase a membership package and must be approved by our Customer Care Team.  Referencer username will then be entered into the random drawing.  All online applications must be completed and submitted by 11:59:59 p.m. PT on December 31, 2008.  Referred friend may only apply once. Multiple and or fraudulent applications will not be accepted and will be automatically disqualified and subject to deletion from ChristianSingles.com.

Mail Payment must be post dated, submitted and processed by December 31^st, 2008.

Current and New Members: If you are currently a member, you will automatically be entered into the Promotion each time you refer a NEW friend.  If you are not a ChristianSingles.com member you may sign up anytime online at www.ChristianSinlges.com and refer a friend throughout the Promotion Period and receive an automatic entry for each referred friend.

Eligibility: Open only to marriage-minded single, legal residents of the United States, who are 18 years of age or older as of date of entry. Employees of Christian Commitments Corp. (the "Administrator"), Web masters and Web suppliers working on the Promotion, their respective parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, advisors, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members of each [parents, siblings, children, (natural, adopted, foster) and spouse], wherever they reside and/or those living in the same household (whether or not related) of each are not eligible. 
 
Random Drawing: Winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received. Drawing will be conducted on or about January 1^st 2009, by Administrator, an independent judging organization whose decisions are final on all matters relating to this Promotion. Approximate odds of winning are dependent upon the number of eligible entries received. Limit one prize, regardless of how many referred entries are received from each member. The prizes will be awarded by mail and winners will be notified by mail and/or email. Void where prohibited and subject to all federal, state and local laws.

8. General Rules: AN ENTRANT IS NOT A WINNER OF ANY PRIZE UNLESS AND UNTIL ENTRANT'S ELIGIBILITY HAS BEEN VERIFIED. All winners are subject to verification and compliance with Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. If any potential winner returns his/her winning purchase within Sponsor's 30-day return policy, he/she will not be eligible to receive the corresponding prize.  By participating in this Promotion, entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of the judges. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the authorized account holder of the email address (not the account holder of the payment method used to make the membership purchase) used to enter will be deemed to be the entrant. "Authorized account holder" of an email address is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet Access provider, on-line service provider, or other organization that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. Sponsor is not responsible for late or misdirected entries, illegible, mis-transcribed or postage-due mailed entries, technical hardware/software failures of any kind, lost/unavailable network connections, or failed/incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmission, which may limit a user's ability to participate. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel/modify the Promotion or disqualify entrant if fraud, misconduct or technical failures destroy the integrity of the Promotion as determined solely by Sponsor. In the event of termination, a notice will be posted and a random drawing will be held from among all eligible entries received prior to the time of termination and all eligible mailed entries received. Any attempt by an individual to deliberately damage the Website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion is a violation of criminal/civil laws and should such attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such individual to the fullest extent of the law. Sponsor is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or entry to be received by Sponsor on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof, including, without limitation, any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating or downloading any materials in this sweepstakes.

As a condition of entering the Promotion, participant agrees that:

1) under no circumstance will participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and participant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, consequential or any other damages, other than for out-of-pocket expenses; 2) all causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion, or any prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; and 3) any and all claims, judgments, and award shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, but in no event attorneys' fees; and 4) Sponsor and/or Administrator reserves the right to request that a potential winner send his/her original cash register receipt and Receipt Code or online confirmation number as proof of purchase.

9. Winners: Winner also hereby grants ChristianSingles.com website permission to have his or her Name and photo on site for public viewing. Winner who does not comply with the verification process or returns requests a refund may not receive their prize and be replaced with an alternate winner. Once the verification is complete, an official winners list will be posted on the Website.
